Aboutthe RoleAs a Project Superintendent, you’ll be theboots-on-the-ground leader, managing all on-site operations ofcommercial construction projects valued at $5M and above. You’llpartner closely with Project Managers and subcontractors to ensurequality control, schedule adherence, and client satisfaction everystep of the way.
What You’ll DoLead daily on-site operations fromproject kickoff to closeout.
Coordinate crews, trades, andsubcontractors to meet schedules and milestones.
Maintain safetystandards, enforce compliance, and respond to jobsiteemergencies.
Identify design challenges and suggest practical,cost-effective solutions.
Support the Project Manager with RFIs,change orders, and schedule updates.
Drive productivity, resolveconflicts, and ensure work aligns with plans and specs.
Supervisefield staff including Assistant Superintendents, Foremen, andEngineers.
What You BringBachelor’s degree in ConstructionManagement or related field preferred.10+ years of commercialconstruction experience, including 5 years in fieldleadership.
Proven track record managing large-scale ($5M+)commercial construction projects.
Deep knowledge of mechanical,electrical, and structural systems.
Proficiency in tools likeProcore, P6 Scheduling, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.
OSHA 10,CPR/First Aid certified (or willingness to obtain).Strongproblem-solving, communication, and team-building skills.
Ability totravel within the Southeast but be based in middle Tennessee.
WorkEnvironment & ScheduleRegular working hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30a.m. – 3:00 p.m., with weekend hours to meet project schedules anddemands. Emergency on-call as needed.
Active, physically demandingrole with both indoor and outdoorconditions.
