Description Oversee day-to-day on-siteoperations for interior renovation and tenant improvement projects.

Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and schedules to ensuretimely project delivery. Enforce safety protocols and ensurecompliance with all OSHA and company standards. Conduct qualitycontrol inspections and resolve field issues promptly. Communicateeffectively with project managers, clients, and design teams.

Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, and progressphotos. Profile 5 years of experience as a Superintendent incommercial construction, with a strong focus on interiors andtenant improvements. Proven ability to manage multiple trades andfast-track schedules. Strong knowledge of construction methods,materials, and building codes. Excellent leadership, communication,and organizational skills. Proficiency with construction managementtools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, Bluebeam). Job Offer Competitivesalary and project-based bonuses.
