This is a full-time, on-site position for a Masonry Superintendent located in Nashville, TN . The Masonry Superintendent will be responsible for overseeing the daily field operations of masonry construction projects, including supervision of field crews, inspections, logistics coordination, and quality control. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is performed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications and building codes.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all masonry field operations on assigned projects. Schedule and manage daily tasks for masons and laborers to ensure productivity and quality. Interpret and work from blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications. Conduct daily site inspections to monitor work progress, safety compliance, and quality standards. Oversee material deliveries, staging, and inventory for optimal workflow. Collaborate with Project Managers, contractors, and vendors to resolve field issues and maintain project timelines. Enforce safety regulations and ensure jobsite compliance with OSHA standards. Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, time logs, and inspection records. Support expediting, logistics, and coordination for timely project execution.

Qualifications:

Strong experience in masonry construction techniques, materials, and crew supervision . Proven ability to manage jobsite logistics, inspections, and scheduling . Excellent organizational and communication skills. Experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 5 years of field supervision in masonry or related construction trades . Working knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and inspection procedures . OSHA 30 certification preferred. Proficiency with project documentation tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam) a plus. High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering , or related field preferred.
