They desire hard-workingindividuals who manage a large team and report directly to the VicePresident with experience in Light Industrial, heavy commercial,concrete and Tilt wall. These construction firms offer a wide rangeof construction planning and management services and are alwayscommitted to understanding their client’s needs. DescriptionOverseeing and directing projects from start to finish Directs andsupervises work of project administration staff and constructionengineers, as well as works in partnership with projectsuperintendents to establish operational priorities Responsible forforecasting, tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherenceto project estimates Responsible for problem resolution involvinglabor disputes, staffing, construction materials, constructionequipment and contracts/subcontracts administration Coordinateswith construction Safety Manager to ensure that projects arecompleted in accordance with established safety goals Developstrong relationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, andAssistant Project Managers Maintain appropriate documentationthrough project such as RFI logs and change orders Profile 7 yearsof previous experience working with a Commercial ContractorExperience as Lead Project manager on light industrial or tilt wallprojects Bachelor’s Degree a plus Must have experience runningprojects from start to finish Strong software and technology skillsis a plus Able to communicate and be organized Time ManagementSkills – making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughlyExperience managing teams is a plus Up to date on the ConstructionMarket and the newest technology Job Offer Competitive CompensationPackage depending on experience 15-20 days of
