We’re seeking a driven and experienced Project Manager to help lead our team and manage construction projects from concept through completion. Position Overview As a Project Manager at CMT Construction, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, execution, budgeting, and delivery. You’ll work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage multiple residential and/or commercial construction projects Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans Coordinate procurement of materials and equipment Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company policies Track and report on project progress, proactively managing risks and resolving issues Conduct regular site visits, supervise work quality, and maintain daily logs Oversee permitting, inspections, and closeout documentation Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or in a similar role Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor teams Strong understanding of construction methods, codes, and regulations Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Buildertrend, Procore, CoConstruct, or similar) Excellent organizational and leadership skills Strong communication and problem-solving ability Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation What We Offer A supportive and professional team environment Competitive salary and bonus structure Career growth and training opportunities Autonomy and responsibility to manage your own projects A company culture that values initiative, craftsmanship, and integrity
