The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the site construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong if experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and laborers to ensure project milestones are met. Review project plans and specifications, ensuring all work is performed according to contract documents. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively. Collaborate with project managers to prepare construction estimates using tools such as Excel. Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Facilitate communication between clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Perform quality control checks on work completed to ensure it meets industry standards. Operate Equipment Skills Strong knowledge of construction estimating techniques and tools (e.g., HeavyBid). Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Prolog). Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics accurately. Familiarity with contract management processes and documentation. Experience in quality control practices within the construction industry. Understanding of OSHA regulations related to construction safety. Knowledge of pipeline construction processes is a plus. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to problem-solve effectively in a fast-paced environment.
