We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Electrical Supervisor to lead and oversee the electrical components of our construction projects. This critical role is responsible for ensuring all electrical systems—including Low Voltage, Medium Voltage, and Instrumentation/Control Systems—are installed according to project specifications, industry standards, and safety regulations. As a key team member, you will help maintain a safe, healthy, and accident-free work environment, actively supporting our trade contractors on-site and reinforcing our core values of Competence, Reliability, Sincerity, and Care. Your leadership will be essential in upholding a “safety-first” culture while ensuring the successful execution of complex electrical systems throughout the project lifecycle.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS
Performs various routine construction management assignments under the direction of PM or Superintendent. Inspects project works to validate their quality requiring rectification and improvement. Coordinates routine site patrol, and testing for specific discipline, keeping the Project Manager or the Superintendent informed daily of progress and problems. Attends and coordinates main site acceptance protocols related to discipline such as handover and commissioning works with contractors and owner. Reviews construction drawings for constructability coordinating with design partners to take effective and early measures to lower the influence of change on site construction and project cost. Responsible for site changes and preparation of ‘as-built’ mark-ups. Assists Project Manager to check and audit the completed work quantities and pricing of contractors regarding his discipline. Assists the Project Manager and Superintendents with the punch list development of a specific discipline. Qualifications Proven experience in commercial construction and electrical supervision Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety standards Proficiency in construction management software Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately Strong leadership and management skills with a focus on team supervision Why Join Clark?
