YOU:

$60-$90k per year – based on experience Medical Dental Vision 401K Short-Term Disability Long-Term Disability What you’ll be doing: Perform and oversee specified scope of work. Travel to project sites throughout the Southeast. Work with project management in the timely completion of construction projects. Maintain effective communication with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Assist with obtaining necessary permits, and verify licenses, insurance certificates and reports necessary for commencement of division projects. Review plans, specifications, submittals, RFIs and subcontracts to ensure the work performed complies with the project documents. Create daily construction reports in Project Management software (Procore). Assist in the collection and execution of required close-out documents. Work with leadership to monitor and improve systems and procedures. Complete all tasks according to assigned schedule while delivering high-quality work products.

Multifamily new construction experience

REQUIRED

Relevant work experience in the construction industry is required. Multifamily renovation experience is a plus. Ability to maintain construction schedule and manage project costs according to budget for each project. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Must work well independently or in a team environment. Excellent communication (verbal and written), time management, organizational and problem-solving skills required.
