Renovation Manager Confidential Chattanooga, TN 37450 Job Summary The Field Manager oversees project execution, ensuring renovations and tenant turns are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications. Responsibilities include performing estimates, managing subcontractors, and maintaining quality control while balancing affordability, quality, and speed. This role requires strong construction knowledge, problem-solving, and leadership to keep projects moving efficiently. Key Responsibilities Oversee planning, execution, and completion of renovations and tenant turns. Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure work is completed per scope and standards. Perform estimates, scope work, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Ensure all projects meet standards and expectations, including local codes. Ensure timely project completion, resolving delays and job-site issues. Maintain clear, timely communication and collaboration with ARMCOA staff, clients, and vendors. Nurture and maintain productive relationships with ARMCOA staff, clients, and vendors to foster teamwork and operational efficiency. Schedule & Work Environment Flexible schedule within normal business hours (8 AM – 5 PM). Field-based role with daily travel within assigned territory. Must be comfortable working in various property conditions and have the skill/awareness to stay safe in those conditions (e.g., homes without power, extreme temperatures, or pest issues). Qualifications 3+ years of experience in residential construction, project management, or renovations. Strong knowledge of home remodeling, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and flooring. Ability to multi-task, problem-solve, and manage projects independently. Experience using construction management software, Excel, and Outlook. Strong communication, people, and organizational skills. Must be able to traverse job sites, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs. Benefits Competitive salary based on experience.
