Description Overseeing and directing projects from start tofinish Directs and supervises work of project administration staffand construction engineers, as well as works in partnership withproject superintendents to establish operational prioritiesResponsible for forecasting, tracking/reporting projectcosts/revenue and adherence to project estimates Responsible forproblem resolution involving labor disputes, staffing, constructionmaterials, construction equipment and contracts/subcontractsadministration Coordinates with construction Safety Manager toensure that projects are completed in accordance with establishedsafety goals Develop strong relationships with Superintendents,Subcontractors, and Assistant Project Managers Maintain appropriatedocumentation through project such as RFI logs and change ordersProfile 7 Plus years of previous experience working with a GeneralContractor Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, CivilEngineering, or a related field a plus Must have experience runningprojects from start to finish Strong software and technology skillsis a plus Able to communicate and be organized Time ManagementSkills – making sure everything is on time and completed thoroughlyExperience managing teams is a plus Up to date on the ConstructionMarket and the newest technology Job Offer Competitive CompensationPackage depending on experience 15 days of
