Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple residential and commercial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and timely completion
• Manage total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule
• Plan, manage and supervise onsite functions which include scheduling, engineering, material control, and may provide day-to-day direction of onsite administrative staff in accounting, purchasing, etc.
• Develop and maintain project budgets and schedules
• Prepare complete estimate for selected project with detailed review of proposal specifications, drawings, takeoff information
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure project success
• Negotiate contracts and change orders as needed
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards Qualifications
• Knowledge of construction, budgeting, estimation and team management
• 5 years of experience in construction management
• Requires a comprehensive knowledge of construction processes, as well as a thorough knowledge of industry practices
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
