This position plays a key role in leading general commercial construction projects , including schools and occupied renovations . You’ll be responsible for managing the field team, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality, safety, and project timelines are met. Responsibilities Lead site operations, daily and weekly coordination meetings. Manage and supervise foremen and subcontractors. Maintain quality, safety, and schedule adherence. Ensure compliance with OSHA and site safety standards. Manage all on-site documentation, RFIs, submittals, and testing. Update drawings and maintain redlines. Work closely with PM to track budget and logistics. Handle pre-final and final inspections, punch lists, and closeout. Skills 10+ years in construction, 5+ in a supervisory role. Strong experience in school construction or active environments . Knowledge of Procore, ProjectSight , or similar PM software. Must have OSHA 30 and First Aid . Ability to lead in live, occupied job sites . Able to work nights , pass background check ( Jessica Lunsford Act ), and lift 40 lbs.
