We are seeking a full-time, reliable, Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent would be responsible for overseeing day-to-day activities, manage construction crews, and assist with the coordination of construction site management, procurement, and deliveries. Duties and Responsibilities Monitor and manage new hotel builds from start to finish. Subcontractor, suppliers, and vendors, management and coordination. Adhere to project schedule. Enforce quality and safety control. Report project progress daily. Effectively communicate verbally and digitally. Ability to read commercial construction blueprints and specifications and ability to communication plans to team, and develop project plans and schedules. Builds and maintains positive relationships with vendors. Skills and Requirements Construction experience and knowledge required. Review and interpret blueprints. 3 years Superintendent experience required. Demonstrated experience leading a team. Travel required – Daily location will vary based on current job site. Conduct/attend all kickoff, status, and recap meetings. Use of Wrike Software (Project Management platform) experience a plus. Must be organized. Must be a Team Player. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be willing to travel up to 5 days a week (drive and/or fly). Benefits Salary based on experience and is negotiable. Monday-Friday work week. Paid time off.
