The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, have a comprehensive understanding of electrical construction processes, be able to oversee crews of up to fifteen workers, experience in multi-family construction and will ensure strict adherence to on-site safety protocols. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews to ensure project timelines are met. Utilize construction management software to track project progress and manage resources effectively. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all team members. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to guide work execution. Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and project specifications. Collaborate with project managers on contract negotiations and construction estimating processes. Oversee the installation of pipelines and other infrastructure components as required by the project. Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction techniques and safety protocols. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within the Electrical construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management software such as Procore and Bluebeam. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety practices in construction environments. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Experience with quality control measures in construction projects. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Familiarity with contract management and construction estimating processes is a plus.
