Full Job Description Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedule and budget
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project execution
- Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in construction project management is preferred
- Proficiency in using project management software such as ProCore or HeavyBid
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and other construction documents
- Familiarity with software programs such as Bluebeam, Civil 3D for design review and coordination
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders
