BASIC FUNCTION
Responsible for overseeing daily field installation operations, ensuring readiness and quality through inspections, supporting and training installation teams, responding to service needs, and upholding safety standards. Utilizes inspection standards and effective communication to coordinate and document activities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee day-to-day installation operations in the field
- Perform pre-installation readiness inspections
- Conduct post-installation quality control inspections
- Train new installers and evaluate their performance
- Respond promptly to emergency service calls
- Assist installers with installations when necessary
- Utilize job inspection software for documentation and reporting
- Communicate effectively via email for coordination and updates
- Implement and enforce safety training protocols.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE and
ABILITIES
- Proficiency with job-related apps and email communication
- Experience using basic hand tools
- Comfort working at heights and on ladders
- Basic construction knowledge with an understanding of building codes and trade practices
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively with coworkers, sales teams, and customers
- Willingness to participate in vendor training programs to stay updated on proper installation procedures.

ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL WORKING CONDITIONS
Work inside/outside in extreme heat and cold temperatures.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Work safely at heights including off ladders and scaffoldingMust be able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, with manual dexterity and see (acuity, depth perception, field of vision).Reach over head to grasp materials.
