With customer centrality at theirforefront, this General contractor handles a wide range ofcommercial and specialty projects that keep them one step ahead inthe Tennessee market Description Overseeing and directing the sitefrom start to finish Directs and supervises work of projectadministration staff and construction engineers, as well as worksin partnership with project superintendents to establishoperational priorities Responsible for forecasting,tracking/reporting project costs/revenue and adherence to projectestimates Responsible for problem resolution involving labordisputes, staffing, construction materials, construction equipmentand contracts/subcontracts administration Coordinates withconstruction Safety Manager to ensure that projects are completedin accordance with established safety goals Develop strongrelationships with Superintendents, Subcontractors, and AssistantProject Managers Maintain appropriate documentation through projectsuch as RFI logs and change orders Profile 4 years of previousexperience working with a General Contractor Bachelor’s Degree aplus Must have experience running projects from start to finishStrong software and technology skills is a plus Able to communicateand be organized Time Management Skills – making sure everything ison time and completed thoroughly Experience managing teams is aplus Up to date on the Construction Market and the newesttechnology Job Offer Competitive Compensation Package depending onexperience 15-20 days of
