This position involves overseeing and managing various aspects of residential building projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with subcontractors, clients, and team members to ensure high-quality results. Responsibilities Coordinate and manage all phases of residential construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and compliance with safety regulations. Prepare and maintain project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or changes. Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with local building codes and regulations. Manage procurement of materials and supplies necessary for construction projects. Requirements Proven experience in residential construction management or a related field is preferred. Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and safety standards. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication skills for interaction with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Proficiency in project management software is a plus. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is desirable. A valid driver’s license may be required for site visits and meetings.
