10-99Senior Construction Supervisor Optic Pro Solutions LLC 400 Natalie Boulevard, Loudon, TN 37774 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman/Supervisor to oversee construction projects in the telecommunication industry To ensure they are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of construction processes, including calling in locate tickets, over seeing multiple crews, in charge of safety, working close with On site personnel to make sure we provide the best product for the customer. This role is crucial in managing teams, coordinating tasks, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations Duties Supervise daily operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications. Build and maintain effective communication with team members, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution. Utilize project management Conduct construction estimating to prepare accurate cost assessments for projects. Implement quality control measures to ensure that all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Review schematics and blueprints to guide the construction process effectively. Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel. Train and mentor team members in best practices for construction processes and safety protocols. Skills Proven experience in supervising construction teams with a focus on building strong team dynamics. Proficient in using construction management software including ProCore, Primavera, Prolog, HeavyBid for effective project oversight. Strong background in construction estimating techniques to ensure accurate project budgeting. Excellent understanding of quality control processes within the construction industry. Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately. Knowledge of OSHA regulations to enforce safety standards on-site. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving project goals. Effective communication skills for liaising with various stakeholders involved in the construction process.
