PROJECT COORDINATOR

Looking for a self-motivated individual to be responsible for overseeing residential and commercial renovation projects from start to finish.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Management of complete construction process.
• Scheduling and selection process.
• Communication with homeowners.
• Coordinate site construction efforts including, but not limited to, obtaining city permits and approvals from respected municipalities.
• Knowledge about the construction industry including construction costs, materials, products, methods and procedures.
• Must have thorough knowledge of the trades, crafts and equipment needed to complete the job, plus the ability to identify and solve potential problems.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high quality content.
• Ability to work with budgets and complete work within a scheduled time period.

Requirements :

• Minimum 5 years of construction experience in a management role
• Ability to work within a team environment
• Clean background check
• Valid driver’s license

Job-Type :

• Full-time
• $65,000+ /year dependent on experience
• Holiday pay off
