The operational territory not only covers all of Tennessee but also extends to parts of North Mississippi, Alabama, and Southern Kentucky. The position includes a personal work vehicle and company-issued expense card. We are open to relocation assistance, with benefits disbursed at intervals of 90, 180, and 365 days. In this capacity, you will take charge of comprehensive project oversight, from finances and scheduling to quality and team engagement. You will work in collaboration with company leaders, clients, contractors, and vendors, aiming for timely project delivery within the allocated budget and adhering to superior standards. This role is ideal for those who are both strategic thinkers and action-oriented leaders—someone who anticipates challenges, devises innovative solutions, and enhances the team’s capabilities. Strong communication skills, including prompt phone support, are essential. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Guide financial oversight and profitability for specific projects, reporting to senior management. Facilitate project planning phases, encompassing budgeting, scheduling, submissions, and strategy development. Maintain dynamic project timelines through effective field condition navigation and weekly briefings. Manage comprehensive project documentation, including orders, updates, and compliance with safety protocols. Drive productivity by actively participating in cost meetings and performance assessments with on-site teams. Lead financial projection activities for continuous accuracy and responsibility. Ensure efficient project wrap-up and client satisfaction upon completion. Simultaneously oversee various projects, aiding in effective resource allocation. Build and maintain robust connections with clients and industry partners. Contribute to process optimization efforts for enhanced operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing commercial asphalt/concrete projects. Preferred 6+ years of experience in the construction industry. Proficient use of Microsoft Office and construction management software solutions. Exceptional leadership, organization, and communicative abilities. Highly detail-oriented with adept cost management skills. Capable of steering teams positively, maintaining clarity and communication. Energetic problem-solver adaptable to fast-paced teamwork.
