Construction Project Coordinator L.A Scapes, LLC Columbia, TN 38401 Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project coordinator that will support estimating and project management. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, able to multi task and support the team in a fast past environment. This position will have a broad scope of duties from assisting with estimating, material procurement, updating server and uploading and maintaining Procore software and other tasks as assigned in a commercial only environment. Skills Proficiency in Procore a huge plus. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proven experience in assisting management in a high demand position. Microsoft projects for scheduling a huge plus. Strong analytical skills for problem-solving. Effective communication skills both verbal and written. Take direction and execute tasks effectively. We do require a MIN of 4 yrs experience. We are a drug free workplace.
