Civil Superintendent :
Manage very large 1000+ acre land projects Supervise crews and subcontractors on utility solar projects – road clearing and grading, culverts, retention ponds, substation pads etc Must be able to run equipment-backhoe, excavator etc Maintaining accurate records of construction activities, including progress reports, safety records Attend meetings and update Project Managers Qualifications for
Civil Superintendent :
3 plus years’ experience as a Superintendent overseeing/managing Solar construction project. Experience working with Self-performing GC & sub-contractors on utility solar projects is required Heavy equipment and OSHA certification a plus Knowledge of SWPPP (Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan) a required BMP Certification required. In the context of construction, BMP stands for Best Management Practices. It refers to specific methods and techniques used to prevent or control stormwater runoff and the discharge of pollutants, particularly sediment, from a construction site.
