The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a thorough understanding of construction management, and the ability to ensure quality control throughout the project lifecycle. This role requires effective communication with various stakeholders and a commitment to maintaining safety standards in compliance with OSHA regulations.

Duties Safety Management:

Enforce safety protocols, hold regular meetings, and ensure compliance with regulations to minimize risks on-site.

Scheduling and Budgeting:

Develop and maintain project timelines, manage resources to stay on schedule, and control costs to prevent budget overruns.

Communication and Reporting:

Ensure clear communication with , provide regular updates, and maintain thorough documentation of project progress.

Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:

Address and resolve any on-site issues or delays quickly to keep the project on track.

Quality and Compliance:

Conduct inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and complies with safety and environmental regulations.

Resource and Team Management:

Allocate labor, materials, and equipment efficiently while supervising and mentoring on-site personnel. Requirements Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Strong skills in blueprint reading and understanding of construction contracts. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards in the construction industry. Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to workplace safety. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
