Job Description
Construction Project Manager L&L Contractors 23 South Public Square, Murfreesboro, TN 37130 This position is for a residential and light commercial remodeling supervisor. You will work directly with a Project Coordinator and the Operations Manager to deliver the full scope of work as outlined in the contract. As a Project Manager, you will supervise the completion of projects including: roofing, James Hardie cement siding, masonry siding, composite decks, patios, sun rooms, interior remodels, additions, and light commercial remodels. Projects will be assigned once a contract is in place, no sales required. The Project Manager will be responsible for the overall management from assignment to closeout, including: client communications, change orders, material confirmations, crew scheduling, direct project supervision, reporting, collections, and final closeout documentation.
This position requires:
solid computer and smart phone skills, the ability to learn product details and installation requirements, and excellent time management. This is primarily a hands-off position, as all work will be performed by the trades and independent contractors.
You will be exposed to:
the elements, contract review, material ordering, scheduling, communication, inspecting, reporting, and managing various trades and multiple simultaneous projects.
Requirements:
