Full Job Description Overview:

Seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead residential construction projects from planning through completion. We’re looking for someone experienced, dependable, and committed to growing with our company long-term. This role requires strong leadership, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of Tennessee construction standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of residential construction projects Create and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines Supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site crews Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress and quality Ensure compliance with Tennessee codes, permitting, and OSHA safety standards Oversee project documentation, contracts, and change orders Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and vendors Address and resolve jobsite issues as they arise

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience managing residential construction projects Strong knowledge of Tennessee building codes and permitting processes Proven track record of managing timelines, budgets, and multiple trades Ability to read blueprints and construction scopes Strong leadership and communication skills Familiarity with construction project management software

Preferred Qualifications:
