Hourly Pay:

$65,000-$100,000 (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-5:00

PM Overtime:

You’ll manage the day-to-day operations of high-security construction projects, guiding field crews and subcontractors, keeping communication sharp, and ensuring every piece of the puzzle is in place. This isn’t your average desk job—expect hands-on leadership, on-the-go project management, and the kind of responsibility that turns jobs into legacies.

Location:

Based out of Murfreesboro, TN, with travel to regional job sites

Daily Responsibilities:

Lead site-specific safety measures and ensure OSHA compliance Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material resources Partner with project managers on scheduling, budgeting, and execution Conduct inspections, oversee certifications, and manage documentation Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused job site Mentor and evaluate team performance and development Represent CML Security professionally on-site and in meetings Operate tools and machinery as needed
