You will oversee new construction project scheduling.
Responsibilities:
Manage new construction installations for large national and regional general contractors. Communicate with builders and project managers daily. Communicate with our internal staff to coordinate new installations by walking jobs prior to and just after installation. Communicate with our internal team to take care of any outstanding punch items. Pre-walk jobs, oversee installations, and post-walk jobs after installation to verify quality. Work directly with the Schedule Coordinator and Installation teams to coordinate installations, punch work, and warranty work. Complete minor touch-ups and repairs as needed. Ensure the field has necessary materials for jobs, coordinate the delivery of materials as needed. Address customer concerns and issues, escalating them as necessary for job completion and customer satisfaction. Determine the best method of installation or repair, conduct measurements, and instruct installers. Represent the company at jobsite meetings. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in construction management or other related fields Familiarity with construction management software Strong leadership qualities Strong negotiation skills Deadline and detail-oriented Must have a reliable vehicle
