The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports. Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during construction. Maintain effective communication with clients, architects, and engineers. Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications:
