Responsibilities:

Manage project documentation, including client facing proposals, estimates, change orders and project close out. Utilize CRM style construction software (Buildertrend, JobTread, or Contractor Foreman) and QuickBooks Online for accurate record-keeping. Provide excellent customer service and communication with clients and team members. Manage office tasks, including answering phones and scheduling appointments.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in construction office management. Proficiency in Buildertrend, JobTread, or Contractor Foreman, and QuickBooks Online. Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to handle confidential information and work independently.

Compensation:
