- Work with project managers, owner representatives, subcontractors, and vendors as the field coordinator to execute the construction plan as developed by the project team.
- Ensure all schedule, cost, quality and safety expectations are met.
- Performs pre-construction duties, assisting in establishing schedules and preparing site management plans.
- Review monthly subcontractor pay applications.
- Assists the project manager in completing closeout phase of projects.
- Responsible for monitoring and managing punch lists through construction completion.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with all project team members.
- Excellent technical skills, proficient in reading, understanding, and applying blueprints and job specifications, as well as safety knowledge and skills.
- Minimum of 5 plus years of experience, ideally gained within a commercial general contractor in a Superintendent, Project Engineer, or other relative position.
- Ideal candidate will have experience in a variety of industries and structural systems, including conventional and pre-engineered metal buildings as well as masonry and concrete tilt wall construction.
