Role:
We are actively seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong background in vertical commercial construction
. The ideal candidate has led large-scale projects think mid-rise and high-rise buildings, data centers, and distribution centers and is ready to step into a leadership role to drive performance and excellence on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex vertical construction projects
Organize and manage cross-functional project teams to achieve project goals on time and within budget
Represent the company in negotiations and manage contracts with owners and vendors
Maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution on-site
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in commercial construction project management
Proven experience managing medium to large-scale vertical construction projects ($20M+)
Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Deep knowledge across construction disciplines
Proficiency in tools such as BIM, Primavera, MS Project, Excel, and Word
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
Strong analytical thinking and ability to manage multiple priorities
No security clearance required
