Track Foreman Express Employment Professionals Memphis, TN 38103 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Supervisor will play a critical role in managing daily operations, coordinating with team members, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. Responsibilities Supervise construction teams and manage daily activities on-site. Ensure quality control by monitoring work processes and outcomes. Read and interpret blueprints to guide project execution. Utilize project management software such as Bluebeam and Prolog for documentation and tracking. Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring adherence throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce compliance with safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including any changes or delays. Skills Proficient in blueprint reading and understanding technical drawings. Strong knowledge of quality control processes in construction. Familiarity with project scheduling software such as Primavera. Experience in budgeting for construction projects. Ability to build strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and clients. Knowledge of pipeline construction practices is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
