Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Franklin, TN for an Assistant Construction Manager. The Assistant Construction Manager will be responsible for supporting the Construction Manager with construction projects, budgeting, ensuring construction safety, and project control. Daily tasks will involve overseeing field work crews, coordinating with subcontractors, interacting with Construction Managers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Qualifications

• Experience in budgeting and financial management for construction projects
• Knowledge of construction safety protocols and regulations
• Experience in Assistant Construction project management
• Proficiency in Pro Core (preferred)
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site in Franklin, TN
• Relevant certifications or training in construction management are a plus
• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field is preferred
