We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, specifically in retail and commercial sectors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, execute, and oversee construction projects from start to finish
Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations
Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide updates on project status
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process
Ensure quality control measures are in place throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for project stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations
Experience in retail construction projects
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management software and tools
