We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager specializing in healthcare projects to lead projects within the Nashville market. The ideal candidate will oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with healthcare regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish within the healthcare sector.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet project goals.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design and construction alignment with healthcare requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to monitor progress and ensure safety compliance.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members to resolve issues and ensure project success. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preffered.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Strong knowledge of healthcare construction regulations and standards.
