Site Supervisor RUBICON Engineering Services LLC Mount Juliet, TN 37122 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is performed according to specifications, on schedule, and within budget while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders, including contractors, clients, and team members. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Manage project schedules and timelines using construction management software such as Primavera. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality control measures. Collaborate with project managers and estimators to develop accurate project budgets and resource allocations using tools like HeavyBid. Utilize Bluebeam for reviewing plans, managing documents, and facilitating communication among team members. Provide training and guidance to site personnel on best practices in construction management and safety protocols. Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for the project. Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports, change orders, and site conditions. Requirements Proven experience in construction management or a similar supervisory role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of quality control processes and construction estimating techniques. Familiarity with construction management software such as Bluebeam, HeavyBid, or Primavera is highly desirable. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings effectively. Proficient in project scheduling with a focus on meeting deadlines while maintaining quality standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
