Pay Rate:

The pay rate for this job is $21 – $25 / hour• What you’ll be doing as a Grappler /

Crane Operator:

Proficient in operating the crane itself, including controls for raising, lowering, and maneuvering the boom and grapple. Understand how to use the grapple to securely grip and lift materials, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage or accidents. Accurately assess load capacities and ensure that the crane is not overloaded Follow all relevant safety procedures, and ensuring that all equipment is in good working condition Communicate effectively with other crew members.
