POSITIONRESPONSIBILITIES

Manage Deck operations and oversee crews duringpile installation/extraction, demolition, structural steel installand during all construction modes of operation. Will be a workingLeadman on deck with the crew when not performing other duties.

REQUIREMENTS

Flag crane lifting operations using hand/radiosignals. Direct crew members on daily tasks and work along side ofthem per direction from Superintendent. Work control or designateall mooring operations of the barge for end/beginning of shifts perdirection from Superintendent. Ensure there are adequate, qualifiedcrews to carry out safe and efficient operations per direction fromSuperintendent. Responsible for refusing unsafe work and forcarrying out all work in accordance with established SafetyStandards and work practices Responsible for following theinstructions and fulfilling the responsibilities within theEmergency Response procedures and advising crews on theirresponsibilities and direction from Superintendent. Responsible forthe maintenance and repair of all pile driving equipment, crane,and barge. In conjunction with crane operator, inspect rigging fordeficiencies, identify and replace/repair as needed. Responsiblefor the safe loading and unloading of equipment on transport trucksensuring that no load leaves overweight or over height. Responsiblein providing quality workmanship, efficient productivity, and safeworking environment. Provides input as too ingress/egress forequipment on new projects. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Preference given tocandidates with a minimum of 3-5 years or more of Crane Barge orSimilar Leadman position related experience, with an emphasis onMarine Construction, Pile Driving, Dock Construction, and MarinaInstallation.
