Duties You accountable for the successful execution of assigned projects including, rigging, crane operions, and other productive work. You will determine work priorities, maintain safe and clean working conditions, develop work arounds, conduct periodic cost and schedule adherence analyses with approprie corrective actions. You will advise Division Head of managerial or operional corrective actions considered necessary to improve logistic support, elimine delinquencies, accelere deliveries, or otherwise achieve acceptable schedule performance. You will perform a full range of personnel and administrive supervision over the assigned workforce including: recommending transfers, promotion and demotion, initiing disciplinary actions, conducting performance appraisals, etc. Requirements Conditions of Employment Must be a US Citizen.
