Class A CDL License & DOT Medical Card is required – Sunstate will pay for DOT Medical card renewal if needed. Minimum of 1 year of CDL A flatbed hauling experience preferred: hauling construction, building, or aggregate materials. Ability to operate a manual and automatic transmission semi preferred. 50% of work will be transporting Trench and MAP shoring to and from customer job sites using various trucks – knuckle boom flatbed, semi, and trailers. 50% of work will include, but not limited to, assembly, testing, and inspection of equipment, power washing, inventory control and various yard duties. Physical exertion required, this is a hands-on position; including, but not limited to, walking, standing, stooping, bending and lifting up to 90 pounds independently. Maintain customer relations by consistently being courteous, professional and customer centric. Drivers are considered an extension of sales.
