The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating heavy equipment on construction sites. As a Driller, you will be responsible for the operation of drilling equipment, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and contributing to the successful completion of projects. Duties Operate drilling machinery and equipment effectively and safely. Conduct pre-operation checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning. Collaborate with team members to execute drilling plans and strategies. Maintain accurate records of drilling operations and report any issues promptly. Utilize various heavy equipment such as bulldozers, loaders, and dump trucks as needed. Manage water truck operations for site preparation and dust control. Assist in paving activities as required by project specifications. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices on the construction site. Requirements Proven mechanical knowledge with experience in heavy equipment operation. Familiarity with tanker operations is an advantage. Previous experience working on construction sites is preferred. Ability to operate bulldozers, Caterpillar machinery, loaders, and dump trucks effectively. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with team members. Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
