PM Job Description:

We are hiring a skilled Motor Grader Operator for construction and site development work. The ideal candidate has experience grading roads, building pads, and other surfaces to precise specifications using a motor grader. This role is based in Tampa but requires travel to job sites across Hillsborough, Pasco, and Polk counties.

Important:

Only applicants with prior motor grader experience will be considered.

Responsibilities:

Operate a motor grader to cut, level, and finish surfaces for construction, roadwork and site development Perform daily inspections of the equipment and report maintenance needs Work safely and efficiently as part of a construction crew

Requirements:

Proven experience operating a motor grader (required) Reliable transportation to job sites Willingness to travel within assigned counties Strong understanding of grading techniques and slope control
