Homestead, FL 33031 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Driller to join our team in the Water Well industry. The ideal candidate will have experience with horizontal drilling and heavy equipment operation, particularly with Bobcat machinery. This role is critical in ensuring the successful execution of drilling projects on construction sites and pipeline installations. The Driller will work closely with a team to ensure safety, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards. Duties Operate drilling equipment and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety. Conduct drilling operations in compliance with OSHA regulations. Collaborate with team members to plan and execute drilling projects effectively. Perform routine maintenance on drilling equipment to ensure reliability. Monitor drilling progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet project specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the construction site. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding project status and any issues that arise. Qualifications Proven mechanical knowledge, particularly with heavy equipment operation. Experience in well drilling preferred. Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and practices. Valid commercial driving license is a plus. Prior experience in the industry or pipeline construction is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing for long periods and lifting heavy materials. Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
