Position Summary:
The MI Drilling Fluids Specialist is responsible for delivering safe, efficient, and reliable Product and Service Delivery (PSD) to customers. This role involves executing service delivery, identifying improvement opportunities, managing operational risk, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all job deliverables are accurate and completed on schedule. Execute service delivery operations in accordance with project requirements and quality standards. Participate in job risk analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote company products and services. Ensure compliance with internal standards and regulatory requirements by implementing the Corrective Action Tool (CAT), conducting self-assessments, and performing wellsite inspections. Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and drive improvement using action plans. Support and comply with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) and Quality initiatives. Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adhere to HSE protocols. Maintain current certifications and mandatory safety training.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience in drilling fluids operations within oil & gas or field service environments. Strong understanding of wellsite safety and service delivery standards. Effective communication and customer relationship skills. Proven ability to work in offshore or rotational settings. Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
