The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating drilling equipment and performing various tasks on construction sites. This role requires a strong understanding of drilling techniques, safety protocols, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The Driller will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. Responsibilities Operate drilling equipment, including horizontal drilling machines, backhoes, and bulldozers, to perform various drilling tasks. Prepare construction sites by digging and paving as required for project specifications. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation on-site and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain and inspect drilling equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance. Transport materials using dump trailer as needed for project execution. Assist in the setup and breakdown of drilling operations at various job sites. Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in drilling operations or related construction work is necessary. Proficiency in operating 10-15 Vermeer Drill is a must. Familiarity with horizontal drilling techniques and commercial driving requirements is an asset. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
