Responsibilities Perform sanding tasks on various materials such aswood and resin ensuring a smooth finish. Utilize power tools effectively and safely to achieve desired results. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining quality standards. Conduct thorough inspections of surfaces before and after sanding to identify areas needing additional attention. Assist in construction estimating by providing insights on material requirements and project timelines. Apply caulking, wood putty, or bondo as needed to prepare surfaces for painting or finishing. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, reporting any issues promptly. Experience Experience using various power tools safely and effectively is preferred but not required.
