The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of hygiene and presentation. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks, with an emphasis on quality and efficiency. Responsibilities Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming. Ensure all surfaces are sanitized and free of debris. Handle fixture installation and drywall repairs as needed. Assist with industrial painting tasks, applying color theory knowledge for optimal results. Utilize hand tools effectively for various cleaning and maintenance tasks. Conduct concrete finishing work to maintain the integrity of surfaces. Apply caulking where necessary to seal gaps and improve aesthetics. Maintain an organized inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure a clean and safe working environment. Experience Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with frame carpentry techniques is a plus. Proficiency in using hand tools and understanding basic math for measurements is beneficial. Knowledge of drywall installation and repair methods is advantageous. Experience in industrial painting or similar fields will be considered an asset.
