The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various Painting and drywall finishing tasks, including remodeling, Painting interior and exterior, drywall installation and taping, as a Lead painter , you will oversee projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. This role requires excellent leadership skills and the ability to read blueprints and plans effectively. Responsibilities Lead and supervise , ensuring timely completion and quality standards are met Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements Paint structures and frameworks using wood and other materials Perform door hanging, flooring installation, tile laying, and construction painting as needed Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Train and mentor junior carpenters and apprentices on best practices in carpentry Maintain a clean and organized construction site to promote safety Communicate with clients regarding project progress and any necessary adjustments Requirements Proven experience as a carpenter with a strong portfolio of completed projects Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding construction plans Experience in remodeling, flooring installation, door hanging, tile laying, and construction painting Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods Join us in creating exceptional spaces through your craftsmanship!
