. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in framing and related construction tasks, demonstrating the ability to work efficiently and effectively on various projects. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to quality craftsmanship, and the ability to collaborate with other tradespeople on-site. Responsibilities Metal Stud Framers/Drywall! Measure and cut materials accurately to ensure precise fitting. Install doors, windows, and other fixtures as part of the framing process. Collaborate with other trades such as drywall installers, plumbers, and electricians to ensure seamless project completion. Perform caulking and stucco work as needed for weatherproofing structures. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Skills Proficient in carpentry techniques and practices. Knowledge of water damage restoration techniques. Familiarity with drywall installation and finishing processes. Ability to perform construction painting tasks as required. Understanding of construction plumbing basics is beneficial. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to plumb structures accurately. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.
